Address Book

The Address Book section in User allows you to register and manage user personal data. Below is a description of the fields in the form and instructions on how to complete them.


The Address Book section in User allows you to register and manage user personal data. These address book entries can also be retrieved within the PAX TAB of individual flights. Additionally, within the PAX TAB, it is possible to create or modify address book entries by exporting a passenger using the Export To A.Book select option. Below is a description of the fields in the form and instructions on how to complete them.

Personal Information Fields

  1. Id

    • Description: Unique identifier automatically generated by the system.

    • Completion: This field is not editable by the user.

  2. Name

    • Description: User's first name.

    • Completion: Enter the full first name without abbreviations or special characters.

  3. Surname

    • Description: User's last name.

    • Completion: Enter the full last name without abbreviations.

  4. Gender

    • Description: User's gender.

    • Completion: Select from the available options: Male, Female, Other.

  5. Date_born

    • Description: User's date of birth.

    • Completion: Enter the date in the format DD/MM/YYYY.

  6. Email

    • Description: User's primary email address.

    • Completion: Enter a valid email address (example: name@domain.com).

  7. Phone

    • Description: User's phone number.

    • Completion: Enter the number including the international dialing code (example: +1 333 1234567).

  8. Doc. Type

    • Description: Type of identification document.

    • Completion: Select from the available options (Identity Card, Passport, Driver's License).

  9. Doc. Number

    • Description: Identification document number.

    • Completion: Enter the exact number as stated on the document.

  10. Doc. Country

    • Description: Country that issued the document.

    • Completion: Select the country from the list.

  11. Doc. Issued

    • Description: Date when the document was issued.

    • Completion: Enter the date in the format DD/MM/YYYY.

  12. Doc. Expire

    • Description: Expiration date of the document.

    • Completion: Enter the date in the format DD/MM/YYYY.


Important Notes

  • Ensure that the entered data is accurate and matches the official documents.

  • Required fields must be completed to finalize the registration.

  • The email must be unique for each user.

  • Any errors may cause issues in administrative processes and identification procedures.

By following these instructions, the Address Book registration will be complete and accurate.
