How can I contact support?

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
Follow the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen and enter your company email address. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How can I view my calendar of shifts and flights?
From the main screen, click on "Calendar." The calendar will show your shifts and flights in chronological order.
How can I filter flights by type, airport, or date?
Use the filters at the top of the calendar to view only the flights you are interested in.
Can I sync the calendar with my personal calendar?
Yes, go to "Settings" and enable the "Sync with personal calendar" option.
How can I view the information for a specific flight?
Click on a flight in the calendar to view the details, such as flight number, route, times, aircraft, and passengers.
Where can I find the operational notes for a flight?
The operational notes are available in the "Documents" section of the flight details.
How can I report a problem with a flight?
Click on "Report Problem" on the flight details page and fill out the form with a description of the problem.
How can I view my upcoming expiring items, such as licenses and medical certificates?
Go to "Expiring Items" from the main screen. The page will show a list of all your expirations, with the expiration date and status.
How can I receive a reminder for an upcoming expiration?
Activate the notification for the desired expiration on the detail page.
