Send PNL

In order to Closing Passenger List and Generating PNL

Once the broker has completed passenger entry, they can declare the list closed and generate the Passenger Name List (PNL). The system allows the broker to declare the list closed and initiates the process of generating and sending the PNL in compliance with European regulations.

To ensure compliance and accuracy, the Passenger Name List (PNL) can only be sent if the following rules are adhered to:

  1. Mandatory Data for All Flights: The minimum required data for all flights includes the first name, last name, nationality, date of birth, passenger type, and country of birth, whether the passenger is traveling with an infant.

  2. Extra-Schengen Flights: For extra-Schengen flights, complete document information must be provided.

  3. Timely Completion: The PNL must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.

  4. One-Time Generation: The PNL can only be generated once. Any subsequent changes to the passenger list must be made using DEL (delete) or ADD (add) actions.

  5. Explicit Deletion: Passenger deletions must be explicitly made after the initial PNL submission.

By following these guidelines, you ensure that your PNL is accurate, compliant with regulations, and ready for processing in a timely manner.

To send the Passenger Name List (PNL), simply upload the passenger list using the dedicated module or by uploading a correctly formatted Excel file. After reviewing the list and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, click the SEND PNL button. The system will automatically send the PNL to the departure airport.

If an email address is not present in our records, you can add it by sending a request to our email [email protected] or by contacting one of our assistants via chat for help.

Before completing the PNL submission, a box will appear allowing you to add additional email addresses for sending the PNL.

Once the PNL is sent, it can no longer be generated or modified. Any subsequent changes must be explicitly declared using the appropriate forms.
